What are our candles made of?

We use natural rapeseed wax, sourced from European crops. In addition, our candles have an organic cotton wick, free from harmful chemicals and pesticides. All our candles are free from parabens, phthalates, SLS & SLES.

How often should I trim my wicks?

For best results, it is recommended to trim the wicks before each use.

What if the wax has impurities?

Because we use natural ingredients and each candle is hand-poured, it may occasionally contain some imperfections. We do not use aggressive chemicals or paraffin to prevent this. This does not affect the integrity of the candle.

If your candle separates more than usual or cools strangely, please contact us.

How do I properly care for my candle(s)?

For optimal use of the candle, please read our candle care.

Can I reuse my candle holder after use?

Absolutely! We encourage everyone to reuse the glassware in their home decor. Check our Instagram page for inspiration.

What is your return policy?

We want everyone to be happy with their purchase. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days.

Candles that have already been lit will not be accepted for return. Please keep the original packaging if you plan to return an item.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that returns arrive safely. Broken or damaged candles are not eligible for a refund.

If your order arrives damaged or cracked, we will replace it within 14 days.

What if my candle is damaged or defective or if the item was lost during shipping?

If the glass is broken, DO NOT light it! If damaged or defective, send photos to info@dixdixcollection.nl for replacement.

Do you offer a local pickup option?

We offer local pick-up service from our warehouse by appointment only. Please email ellemijn@dixdixcollection.nl to arrange an appointment.
