Shipping policy

Delivery

  1. Delivery takes place while supplies last.
  2. Delivery takes place at DIX DIX collection, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
  3. Delivery of products ordered online takes place at the address specified by the customer.
  4. If the agreed amounts are not paid or not paid on time, DIX DIX collection has the right to suspend its obligations until the agreed amount is still paid.
  5. Late payment constitutes creditor default, with the consequence that the customer cannot hold a late delivery against DIX DIX collection.
  6. The customer must ensure that the actual delivery of the products ordered by him can take place on time.

Delivery time

  1. The delivery times specified by DIX DIX collection are indicative and, if exceeded, do not entitle the customer to rescission or compensation, unless the parties have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
  2. The delivery time begins when the customer has fully completed the (electronic) ordering process and has received an (electronic) confirmation thereof from DIX DIX collection.
  3. Exceeding the stated delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation or the right to dissolve the agreement, unless DIX DIX collection is unable to deliver within 14 days after a written reminder to do so, or the parties have agreed otherwise in this regard.

Actual delivery

The customer must ensure that the actual delivery of the products ordered by him can take place in a timely manner.

Transport costs, packaging and shipment

  1. Transport costs shall be borne by the customer, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
  2. If the packaging of a delivered product has been opened or damaged, the customer, before taking delivery of the product, must have a note made of this by the forwarding or delivery person, failing which DIX DIX collection cannot be held liable for any damage.
  3. If the customer takes care of transportation of a product himself, he must report any visible damage to products or the packaging to DIX DIX collection prior to transportation, failing which DIX DIX collection cannot be held liable for any damage.
